Special heat treatment and surface treatment which has been improved in life, especially on the high-speed spinning condition and compact yarn. The service life is to be greatly prolonged from that of conventional treatment at high-speed spinning.
TOUGHMAT GRADE TRAVELER (TM/Hi-Ni)
Wear resistance has been improved due to the additional special alloy element to high carbon steel and also because of the material used in uniform in quality. Provided with special nickel plating which decreases traveler burn and will improve break-in of traveler.
